Judy Lester is a leadership and confidence coach, facilitator, and speaker who guides professional women to become the most authentic and successful version of themselves to thrive in career, business pursuits, and life. She believes the world needs more empowered, strong women leaders and is on a mission to support them in making their dreams, large and small, a reality while leading with grace, humility, and authenticity.
Judy is a life-time self-starter and learner, propelled by her uneducated daddy's one pearl of wisdom, "if you don't get what you want, it's your own, dern fault." Armored with this belief, she rose from a bookseller in a chain bookstore while attending Texas Tech University, where she studied journalism and deaf education, to a Regional Vice Present of Barnes and Noble overseeing 100 stores.
She followed that career of excellent business training by opening, owning, operating, and selling a highly-regarded and successful retail gift store for 20 years. Over these combined 30 years, she has had the honor and pleasure of working with hundreds of women in corporate and private businesses to realize the career and life they desire. It inspires and energizes Judy to hear and see so many become their most joyful, confident selves as they breakthrough thinking and obstacles that once held them back.
Judy is married to Len Lester, her partner in parenting, business, fun. She enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and spirited conversations with her husband, teen daughters, and two small, mix-breed dogs. She serves as a board member of the National Speaker's Association - Austin, Tx, and leads a small group in her church. Judy desires to honor God all she does, love people unconditionally, and help others do the same.
