Our Background
Judy Lester is a Professional, Certified Coach with more than thirty years of successful business development and coaching experience. She spent more than ten years supporting the opening and growth of 100's of big-box retail stores in 10 states. In addition, Judy worked alongside her husband, Len, for 18 years as a pioneer in growing a thriving Main Street business while
contributing to the revitalization of the city center.

Judy loves coaching small business owners to train and develop outstanding staff while directing their superpowers to overcome negative thinking and obstacles and get the mind-blowing results business they desire.

Judy is an active member of the National Speaker's Association and the International Coaching Federation in Austin.

Len Lester is the visionary behind The Escape Fine Crafts & Gifts in Georgetown, TX. Len built it from a sketch to a booming, award-winning business over 20 years. During that time, he successfully navigated and orchestrated the purchase of a historic commercial building, the remodel, and the relocation of their original store.
Len served on numerous boards & commissions and was a catalyst for growth and vitality in one of Texas' most thriving Main Street cities. He orchestrated rebranding and a successful transfer of ownership in selling the Lester's retail store after 20 years.

Len enjoys helping with design, operation efficiency, and long-term growth plans to ensure ease of doing business in the most profitable way possible.

Together, Len and Judy overcame various challenging barriers to driving double-digit sales increases annually while contributing many volunteer hours toward what is known today as the incredibly vibrant, "Most Beautiful Town Square in Texas."
